Grantor, Samuel Kilbourn; Grantee, Mary Vibbard; 15 Feb 1805

 

Know all Men by these presents that I, Samuel Kilbourn of Hartford in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut for the Consideration of One Dollar received to my full satisfaction of Mary Vibbard of Hartford, Widow, Do Lease out unto the said Mary Vibbard onr certain piece or parcel of Land situated in said Hartford conveyed to me by Elisha Vibbard, late of said Hartford, deceased, together with the Buildings standing thereon Butted and bounded as follows, South on Ferry street so called West on Land lately the property of Aaron Bradley deceased North on Land lately the property of Thomas and Michael Bull, and East on said Bull and others.  Leased for her the said Mary Vibbard To Have, Hold, Occupy and improve for the Term of her natural Life, she the said Mary paying the Taxes that may arise thereon and keeping the same in ___able repair, and I the said Samuel Kilbourn do Covenant that for the full Term of her natural Life, she the said Mary Vibbert shall, and may lawfully and quickly [quietly?] Have Hold and Possess the said Land and Buildings with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging without any manner of lawfull L___, or ______ whatever.     In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the 15th day of February, AD 1805.
